Professional management, planning, implementation, reporting, budget controlling, and practical coordination of projects ranging from small intra-company business ventures to large-scale international consortia.
Conceptional and strategic consulting as well as pragmatic hands-on guidance for media businesses and media organisations. Special focus on communication-related issues, content management, broadcast programming, and organizational structure.

Academic teaching experience (in German and English) in Media Economy and Media Management includes Master’s level courses at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering Science of the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, The German University in Cairo, and Hamburg Media School, as well as Bachelor’s level courses at Cologne Business School and others. Recent academic talks were given, inter alia, at the University of Maastricht, Hogeschool Zuyd Maastricht, University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten (Austria), and the University of Navarra’s IESE Business School in Barcelona.
